Returns because we made a mistake: we will pay shipping.. Returns because you made a mistake, you pay shipping. NO returns accepted unless you call first for a Return
Authorizaion Number. We will give you instructions at that time. All suits are made to order.
Quality is important to any manufacturer. We emphasize quality throughout each step of our manufacturing process. We also
strive to be as efficient as possible so we can offer a competitive price to our customers.
Repairs/alterations on suits
We can alter and repair your suits, including but not limited to: new
zippers, new velcro, mend tear, sew on new patches, etc. Because of the wide nature of services available, we will quote your
specific repair either by e-mail or telephone. We reserve the right to not repair a suit if we believe that the rest
of the suit is in such bad shape that it will not protect you.
In the event that you might change shape (bigger..oh
uh/skinnier....how'd you do it?) we can also chnage the shape of your suit. Ask us.
