Why would I need fire retardant?
I saw too many times that the guys on my team were in danger of being burned.
When we were raiding drug houses, and meth labs, we were wearing poly cotton pants and jackets or in some cases: nylon. Not
good. I knew that our luck was running out. We developed a comfortable and fully functional protective suit for SWAT and Special
Units. If you are interested in increasing you rate of survival, decreasing your chances of getting burned when a flash bang

Why buy our suits instead of another
brand?
Our Nomex tm suits were designed and tested
for law enforcement special units. Not only were our suits lab tested for burn rates, they have been field tested for five
years. Our suits have worn well and after five years still look new. There are other suits on the market and some are cheaper
than ours. None are better.
What is Nomextm? Nomex tm
is a fire resistant fabric. The fiber is made by DuPont and the material is fire resistant or the life of
the fabric. THE FIRE RESISTANT PROPERTIES CANNOT BE WASHED OUT!
Fabric Care: Dry Clean or Wash in
home washing machine with the amount of detergent recommended by your detergent manufacturer on wash and wear cycle. Dry either
in dryer on perm press setting or hang to dry: OUT OF THE SUN. The sun tends to fade the darker colors faster. Do not use
chlorine bleach (destroys the fiber), fabrice softner, fabric softener sheets, Scotch Guard or other silicone fabric treatments,
or starch. All of these coat the fabric with a flamable residue....not good in a fire.Information on Nomex FreeStyle material
